If you're looking for creatine on a budget, this is probably the product for you. It can be mixed in pre- and post-workout drinks, but you will probably need to mix it more than once. If you're looking for something you can take by itself that tastes good, look elsewhere.
this creatine is very stronger, is for intermedy-advanced trainees, you can take it if you want if you want to increase your strength and energy, you can lift more weight each week, you should do the load and takes 30 minutes before your workout, I will recommend it and use it for a month and rest another month
