Enteric-Coated Fish Oil Softgels
NO Fishy After Taste
Natural Overall Health Support for a Healthy Heart and Joints!

Optimum Fish Oil Softgels is a natural supplement filled with Omega-3 essential fatty acids. Fatty acids are the basis of fats and oils, and, despite popular belief, are necessary for overall health. These fatty acids are termed "essential" because your body cannot manufacture them by itself. EFA's must come from food or supplemental sources. They are also essential because they are a component of every living cell in the body, and are necessary for rebuilding existing cells and the production of new cells. Studies suggest fish oil supports healthy heart function and joint flexibility.

As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 2 softgels, up to 3 times daily, with meals.

ON Fish Oil Softgels June 6, 2014

Another quality product by Optimum Nutrition and it's superbly priced! One pill to be taken three times daily. Will continue to use for continued joint support and recovery. One great thing is that with this product I haven't experienced the "enhanced" body odor that I have with other fish oil supplements.

Decent Fish Oil April 15, 2014

There are a ton of Fish Oils on that market now a days and this is really no different then most. The plus side is that they are easy enough to swallow and have no bad aftertaste.
