I have a hard time packing on muscle and keeping... this has helped me add strength/size and maintain it!
As far as taste goes.. I recommend the "unflavored".. I've tried the chocolate flavored, but the sucralose in it gives it a funky taste (imo) However, even the "unflavored" can alter the taste of what you put it in... I mix it in my oatmeal (which, I at times flavor), Orange juice, and my protein shakes. Depending on the brand and flavor the of protein drinks.. the flavor may alter some.
