Options and Fees
Most
orders shipped with 24 hours. PLEASE NOTE - WE DO NOT SHIP TO CANADA OR ANY INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS, with the exception of U.S. Territories.
Our Everyday LOW, FLAT FREIGHT FEES apply to all orders.
Why pay expensive shipping rates elsewhere?
We ALWAYS ship your order for just one low rate!
Our
standard method of shipping within the 48 continguous States is via United
Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Service.
UPS does not deliver to P.O Boxes, therefore you must include a complete
& valid street address with your order. We can ship to P.O. Boxes
via U.S. Priority Mail - read below for further detail on this service.
For estimated in-transit & delivery time to your region from our New
Hampshire warehouse, please check UPS Zone Map below. This map
indicates the estimated number of days that your package will be in-transit
following the day of pick-up.
We also offer upgraded UPS Three-Day Select Service for those customers
wishing to expedite their delivery. This service is recommended only for
customer west of the Mississippi, since most deliveries made to addresses
east of the Mississippi via UPS Ground Service are made within 3 days,
following the day of pick up. Again, you can check the UPS Zone Map in
order to determine which service is right for you.
Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekend
days or holidays. Do not count these days, or the day your package is
picked up from our warehouse by UPS, when estimating your delivery time.
All estimated in-transit times do not include the day of pick-up.
For example, if you select Three-Day Service, your package will be delivered
on the 3rd business day following the day of pick up, not including any
weekend or holiday days.
 
We
do NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we cannot
force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in
a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually
leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely
up to your UPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature.
This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked
us to include on your shipping label.
Be sure to provide us with your e-mail address when completing your Check-Out
- we will forward all UPS Tracking Information to you after your order
has left our warehouse facility.

Note Regarding all APO/FPO Military Address Shipments-
We want you to receive your order in the timeliest fashion!
Please note that in our shipping your order via U.S. Priority Mail, you
must first allow 1-3 days in-transit time for your package to reach the
APO/FPO Station. From the point your package reaches the APO/FPO Station,
delivery is then in the hands of the military mail system. Depending on your location and the level of service provided by the APO/FPO
mail system to your region, forwarding time will range from a few days
to several weeks. We cannot help speed up this process. Sorry!
When placing your order, please be sure to provide us with your complete, current shipping address, and let us know of any applicable mail restrictions with regard to the weight, size and/or dimension of packages shipped to your region.
If you have not received your package by the 45th day fromt he date your order was shipped from our warehouse, we can initiate a trace on your shipment through U.S.P.S., and also request a look into the efficiency of your local mail room. Only at this point is the reshipment of your order a viable option. Due to U.S.P.S. regulations, we cannot initiate any action prior to this 45-day window.
On or after the 45th day from the date your order was shipped, you may reach our Customer Service Department to discuss the status of your shipment between the hours of 9am-5pm (EST) Monday through Friday by calling (603) 433-6565.
Regrets...Absolutely No Claims/Traces for Reshipments & Refunds can be filed after the 75th Day following the Date Your Order was Shipped.

Personal checks are accepted in the mail within the following parameters:
- The check
must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank
- The check
must have your full name, address, and phone number pre-printed on the
face of the check (no "starter checks" will be accepted)
- Your telephone
number must also be pre-printed or hand-written onto the face of the
check
- If adequate
funds are not available in your checking account to cover payment for
your order on the day that it is processed, we reserve the right to
1) decline the order, or 2) hold your check for deposit until adequate
funds are available - in this case, once your check has been deposited,
your order will be held 7-10 days before it is released for shipment,
in order to allow sufficient time to clear your check.

Returns
We
do not accept the return of any merchandise that has been opened.
Unopened merchandise returned in perfect,
saleable condition can be returned for a full refund
of the original purchase price - not including original shipping fee -
within 30 days of the purchase date. Absolutely no product returns will
be accepted after 30 days. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse
at the customer's expense. We recommend that you do insure your Return
Shipment to ensure proper delivery.
A Return Authorization Number (RAN) Must Accompany All Returns.
Your Return Authorization Number must be clearly indicated on the exterior
of the case in which your return is packed - please do not deface
the actual product. Our warehouse will refuse receipt of any returns
that are not clearly marked with a Return Authorization Number. To request
a Return Authorization Number, please call (603) 433-6565, Monday - Friday

No Returns will be accepted on All Overstock & Inventory
Reduction Specials
