BONUS POINT PROGRAM
Since its introduction, our Bonus Point Program has been a huge success!    Members have earned thousands of dollars in additional savings just from choosing to order from Extreme Forces U.S.A. Inc.

How Does the Program Work?
It's simple...for every merchandise dollar that you spend with us (not including shipping and insurance) you will earn the equivalent of One Bonus Point. These Bonus Points will automatically accumulate to your Member/Account every time you make a purchase with us.  For your easy reference, the total number of Bonus Points that you have earned to date will always be printed on the order invoice enclosed with your shipment.  You'll always know exactly how many Bonus Points you have earned!

And...there is no expiration date on any of the Bonus Points that you earn!  Unlike some other competitive programs, you are not required to "use 'em or lose 'em" within any limited time-period at Extreme Forces U.S.A. Inc.!

Bonus Points are redeemable for dollars off a future order at the following increments:

• 750 Bonus Points: Take An Additional $15 Off Your Order!

• 1000 Bonus Points: Take An Additional $25 Off Your Order!

• 1500 Bonus Points: Take An Additional $40 Off Your Order!

• 2000 Bonus Points: Take An Additional $50 Off Your Order!

* LIMIT: A Maximum of 2,000 Bonus Points may be redeemed per order.
BONUS POINTS Program and Referral Credit Discounts cannot be combined.

How Do I Redeem My Bonus Points?
Easy!  Just let us know that you would like to redeem your Bonus Points at the point of purchase.  We maintain an automated accounting of the total number of Bonus Points that you have earned to date.   All Bonus Point Credit(s) issued will be printed clearly on the respective order invoice enclosed with your shipment!

WHEN ORDERING BY PHONE - Please advise the Customer Service Representative who takes your order of the number of Bonus Points that you would like to redeem on that particular purchase - the corresponding dollar value will then be deducted from the total amount due for this purchase!

WHEN ORDERING ONLINE - Please indicate the number of Bonus Points that you would like to redeem on that particular purchase in the Comments Section of the Check-Out - the corresponding dollar value will then be deducted from the total amount due for this purchase! 
(Please note that this deduction will not automatically appear on the Order Confirmation that  you receive once you've Checked-Out your Shopping Cart; we must first verify that this number of Bonus Points is available for use on your Member/Account.   Once verified, the   corresponding dollar value will then be deducted from the total amount due for that purchase when your order is processed on our end, and you will receive Confirmation of this transaction via return e-mail!)

WHEN ORDERING BY MAIL - Please indicate the number of Bonus Points that you would like to redeem on the catalog Order Form, and deduct the corresponding dollar value from the total amount due for that particular order.  (Your check or money order should be made payable in the amount of the order total, less the Bonus Point credit value.)

Inc/FitnessFirstUSA.com maintains an accurate, automated accounting of the total number of Bonus Points that you have earned to date.   We can furnish a full detail of this tally at your request.  Please note that we cannot honor Bonus Point credits if you have not earned the required # of Bonus Points to date.

REFERRAL  PROGRAM - Now Earn $50!!
For every three new people that you refer to us, who each set up a new Member/Account and place an order with us, we will issue a $50 Gift Certificate Credit to your Member/Account for use on any future order that you place with us! All Referral Credits will be logged to your Member/Account at the point of the new member's first purchase. LIMIT ONE MEMBERSHIP PER HOUSEHOLD

How Do I Earn Each Referral Credit?
When a person that you have referred to us sets up a personal Member/Account in their own name and places their first order, they will need to mention your full name (and Member/Account number if possible) at the point of purchase:

WHEN ORDERING BY PHONE - Your referral should advise the Customer Service Representative who takes their order of your full name (and
Member/Account number if possible) - the equivalent of One (1) Referral Credit will then be logged to you Member/Account.

WHEN ORDERING ONLINE - Your referral should enter your full name (and
Member/Account number if possible) into the indicated fields at the bottom of the Check-Out Page - - the equivalent of One (1) Referral Credit will then be logged to you Member/Account.

WHEN ORDERING BY MAIL - Your referral should fill in the appropriate section of the catalog Order Form:  "First-Time Customer Please Complete," indicating your full name (and Member/Account number if possible) - the equivalent of One (1) Referral Credit will then be logged to you Member/Account.

Each time that you have referred three new Members to us, we will automatically issue a $50.00 Gift Certificate Credit to your Member/Account and notify you of this credit balance by mail!   There is absolutely no limit to the number of $50.00 credits that you can earn, and again, there is no expiration date attached to your Referral Credits!  You can use these Credits as you earn them, or save them up for one big purchase! LIMIT ONE MEMBERSHIP PER HOUSEHOLD

How Do I Redeem the Referral Gift Certificate Credit(s) That I Earn?
Exactly the same way you'd redeem your Bonus Points!
