Platinum Series Lifting Gloves with Wrist Wraps MODEL 540

Product Review (submitted on February 3, 2014):
Have tried a number of different gloves over the years - these are the best! I've had the same set since early 2001 (13 years as of this review) and they are *marginally* worn. Not because they sit on the shelf, they get a good amount of use inside and outside. I've had them in the middle east (hot hot hot), the Balkans (cold cold cold), and everywhere in between. By the time I'm done most days my hands are covered in sweat - the gloves have mesh on the back to wick the sweat, and enough padding on the inside to still be useful, and the "removal tabs" *do* make that big of a difference. The wrist straps are solid - they wrap around 2.5 times which is enough for me and are thick enough to give great support. Without a plastic "reinforcing" insert to cut through the material or push into your hand. All very solid nylony/glovey/whatever material. They take a machine washing every few months no problem. And as the description says, they fit the thumbs quite snugly. I've never had blisters when using these gloves, even on climbing/rappel rope (I use these outside of the gym as well. They are also marginally-decent shooting gloves and pretty good for track vehicles when the metal is cold/hot as sh*t but you need dexterity in your fingers). For 35 bucks, best d*mn gloves ever.
