I'm on my second box of these beauties and they have officially taken the place of my Ultra Man bottle multi. I take them the second I get out of bed and did notice like most multis they can upset your stomach a little if you're on empty and do not follow up with breakfast. I have gotten used to it and honestly it's really not that bad to begin with, just something I noticed. My complexion has improved and I generally feel better. Also noticed if I had too much alcohol the previous night, these do aid in recovery along with a scoop of aminos. Whether all of this is placebo or not i'm not sure, but if it makes me feel better in the end game then it is more than worth it. The only other catch to these is that there are like 6 or so separate pills in this pak (i do not have one in front of me so i'm not sure exactly how many)....if you have trouble swallowing pills, this may be a deal breaker for you. They don't float terribly so if you're used to it, they go down pretty easy. I do not take two servings per day unless it is a training day, so it helps me to stretch them out for the cost a little bit.
So, it's hard to come up with great things to say about a PAK, but everything I wrote above isn't necessarily a negative. It is just things I have noticed that people may want to be aware of. I will recommend this PAK to anyone searching for one or looking to replace their multi-v.
