THE KEY TO FASTER GASTIC CLEARANCE (AKA EMPTYING YOUR STOMACH)
When you are working out, what is the worst thing that can happen after you take a few sips of water or any other intraworkout drink? Cramps. Nothing can kill a workout faster than some rib thumping cramps. Because of this, intelligently formulated 'sports drinks should have a verified osmolarity which is a key indicator of how fast it can clear the stomach, thus potentially avoiding cramps.
The Gaspari Nutrition R&D Team is acutely aware of this which is why they developed Osm Technology. SUPERPUMP MAX: As a dietary supplement, take 1-3 scoops with 8-24 oz. of cold water or juice (8 oz. of fluid per scoop) 30-40 minutes prior to training. Important: For first time users take one (1) scoop for your first 2 or 3 workouts to allow your body to properly assimilate to SuperPump MAX’s high dosage of nutrients. SuperPump MAX should be used on training days only.

LIQUID PER SCOOP
Add 1 scoop per 8-12 fl. oz. (236-354 mL) of water. Take before, during or after training.
SHAKER CUP OR WATER BOTTLE
Add 1 to 2 scoops of Glycofuse to your shaker cup or water bottle. Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
DIRECTIONS AND USE FOR TEAM SPORTS:
Please use the following directions when mixing into larger containers such as a gallon jug or a 5 gallon cooler.
1 GALLON OF WATER
In a gallon jug of water, place funnel into the mouth, and add 12 scoops of Glycofuse to your gallon of water. Close the lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
5 GALLONS OF WATER
With 60 serving bottle, fill your water cooler with five gallons of water. Remove the scoop and add one full container of Gylcofuse to five gallons of water. Stir thoroughly for 30-45 seconds. Add 1 to 2 scoops of Glycofuse to your shaker cup or water bottle. Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
